​Registration​​

 

Registration must be complete by Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Please click the button below to access the registration form. Note, the entire form must be completed in one session.

You will need the following for each traveler:

  • Digital photo of each traveler's passport book bio page (main page with the photo) accessible to upload from the device (computer/tablet/cell phone) that you are using to register. Formats such as JPG, JPEG, PDF, or PNG are acceptable. 

  • You will also input passport details for each traveler (complete name exactly as it appears, date of birth, gender, passport # and expiration date)

  • Your Fitzmark email address and your guest's (if applicable) personal email address

  • Cell phone numbers-- yours, your guest's (if applicable) and an emergency contact who is not traveling with you 

  • Your FitzMark date of hire; if acquired by FitzMark, please indicate hire date with your original company. 

  • Reminders:

    • Passport must be the book and not a "card" and expiration date must be May 8, 2027 or later. (See below if your passport does not meet this requirement.)

    • Guests must be 18+ at the time of travel.

    • You may not change your guest after you register.​

    • You will be asked to acknowledge your agreement with the provided FitzMark trip policies.

Passport Requirement

       

  • A current passport book with a minimum validity of six months past the date of return travel (expiration date of  May 8, 2027, or later) is required for all participants. If you have applied, or plan to apply, for a new passport to meet this requirement, please provide proof of application to marketing@fitzmark.com before the registration deadline (6-30-2026). You will then receive instructions for how to register. Again, you need to apply for the passport before June 30th, provide photograph evidence, and still register on or before June 30th.
